I encourage you to call me and place a $100.oo dollar refundable deposit on the vehicle within two days of you coming and inspecting the vehicle. By placing this refundable deposit on the vehicle, the vehicle will be placed in sale pending status and no one else can purchase the vehicle within the two days it takes for you to inspect the vehicle.
